Pre Wedding
- Initial consultation
- Two planning meetings
- Vendor follow - ups and confirmations
- Meet with officiant to review ceremony
- Wedding rehearsal coordination
- Creation of wedding day itinerary
Wedding Day
- Arrive at site 2 hours prior to wedding
- Includes 2 Coordinators
- On-site wedding day coordination (Ceremony and Reception)
- Assist bride and bridal party as needed
- Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants
- Transport items from ceremony to reception
- Main point of contact for all vendors
- Set up items (toasting glasses, cake cutter, place cards, pictures, guest book/pen, etc.)
- Distribute any remaining payments to industry professionals as needed
- Bustle wedding gown for reception
- Use of "Bridal Emergency Kit"
- Handle last minute details
- Direct reception flow (introduction, first dance, cake cutting, toss, etc.)
